Chelsea joined Property Commerce in 2017. She graduated from Prairie View A&M University in 2014 with a Master of Science degree in accounting.

Melissa has over 15 years of experience in retail property management. She has learned that no two days are the same—and that’s exactly what she enjoys most. From coordinating with tenants and venders to tackling the unexpected, in her role as Assistant Property Manager, Melissa helps keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Whether it’s handling day-to-day operations or putting out the occasional “fire”, Melissa takes pride in being someone her team and tenants can rely on. She is known for being organized and dependable and is renowned for her ability to stay calm under pressure while finding solutions quickly.

Melissa genuinely enjoys building strong relationships and creating a positive environment. Her great sense of humor and can-do attitude goes a long way in this industry—and she brings both to the job every day.

When not working, you can find Melissa at the beach (year-round) with family, friends and her dog, Tucker, who loves to run free and play in the sand. After a busy week, a little sunshine and salt air fixes just about everything!

Wyatt, a graduate of the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University, earned degrees in both Finance and Accounting before launching his career with Property Commerce. Leveraging his strong analytical background and interest in commercial real estate, he contributes to various projects spanning site acquisitions, financial reporting, and investor-related initiatives.

Wyatt works closely with the accounting department, assisting with the rollout of the firm’s new investor portal, supports new acquisition efforts, and helps manage property tax and insurance matters across the portfolio. His responsibilities provide exposure to both the financial and operational sides of retail real estate investment management.

Wyatt is a lifelong Houston resident, and in his free time enjoys following sports, playing basketball and golf, and taking advantage of Houston’s food scene – especially during crawfish season.

Payne Trozzo is a commercial real estate agent specializing in retail leasing, tenant representation, and land development throughout Texas. He focuses on identifying strategic opportunities for both landlords and tenants, with an emphasis on site selection, market analysis, and deal execution.

Payne is actively involved in the full lifecycle of a transaction—from initial prospecting and site evaluation to lease negotiation and project delivery. His experience includes involvement in retail centers, pad site developments, and ground lease transactions across some of Texas’s fastest-growing corridors.

With a strong attention to detail and a data-driven approach, Payne is committed to delivering value through market insight, responsiveness, and relationship-driven dealmaking.

Jared joined Property Commerce in January of 2024.

He has a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Texas in Austin and a Master of Real Estate Degree from the Mays School at Texas A&M University in College Station.

Jared oversees ongoing construction projects.

Nikko is a seasoned property management professional with over 15 years of experience. Known for her thoughtful and results-driven approach, Nikko brings a strong balance of operational expertise, financial insight, and tenant-focused service to every property.

In her role as Assistant Property Manager for the PCMC portfolio, Nikko supports the day-to-day operations, working closely with tenants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure properties run efficiently and maintain high standards. She is recognized for her ability to streamline processes, manage complex administrative responsibilities, and foster positive relationships that contribute to long-term tenant/owner satisfaction.

Over the course of her career Nikko has been committed to delivering consistent, high-quality service in every aspect of property management.

Danielle joined the Property Commerce Accounting Team in 2023, bringing over 15 years of accounting experience. Prior to real estate, she worked in the oil and gas industry.

A native Houstonian, Danielle graduated with honors from Booker T. Washington High School for Engineering Professions. She earned both her undergraduate and master’s degrees in accounting from Sam Houston State University.

Danielle is a passionate advocate for education and community development and has made a significant impact through her leadership roles, most notably serving on the Board of Directors for both KIPP and Neighborhood Schools. Her dedication to enhancing educational opportunities for underserved communities has been a driving force behind her work, ensuring access to quality education for all students.

Marquon is a seasoned property manager with a proven track record of successfully overseeing over 2.1 million square feet of retail space. Formerly a professional in the banking industry, he brings a unique blend of financial acumen and real estate expertise to every project. Committed to delivering exceptional results, Marquon strives to create thriving environments that maximize value for both tenants and property owners.

Jackson, a recent Finance graduate from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin, strategically launched his career by joining the Property Commerce Dividend Fund, leveraging his long-standing passion for real estate investment.

He evaluates potential shopping center acquisitions by conducting thorough underwriting assessments for the investment fund while simultaneously overseeing a portfolio of twenty shopping centers located in Texas and Louisiana.

Jackson is a native Houstonian whose hobbies include fishing, golfing and exercising.

Beverly graduated from LSU with a Bachelor of Science in Education. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with friends and family, swimming, gardening and taking walks with her dogs.
