Marketing and leasing plans are developed for every property, including both income producing and undeveloped properties. Property Management

Property Disposition

A successful history involving many transactions as buyer, seller and broker gives Property Commerce the closing expertise to facilitate the execution of any sale. Property Commerce has participated in transactions with such nationally active buyers as Exxon, McDonald’s, Shell Oil, Wal-Mart and Taco Bell.
